About Yapplify

Yapplify is an AI venture studio that builds products for underserved communities. We focus on turning invisible local knowledge — the kind that lives in people's heads, not on any website — into accessible, AI-ready infrastructure.

Our first product is MyKidSpots.

MyKidSpots is a nationwide family activity discovery app. It helps parents find what to do with their kids — real-time events, venue details, age-appropriate filtering, and community-verified information.

Free for families.

Communities do. Communities and domain experts own their data. Yapplify provides the infrastructure, but communities manage their own data and how it's used.

This is the opposite of Yelp or Google Maps, where your contributions enrich someone else's platform.

Our Approach

Humans are the data engine. Free access keeps the community contributing fresh, verified local knowledge — the ground truth that AI agents need and can't generate themselves.

MyKidSpots is free for families because the real value compounds when communities actively share what they know.

MyKidSpots is built on the open Model Context Protocol (MCP), which means any AI agent — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or future platforms — can query our structured, community-verified data.

We're not dependent on any single platform.

Big Tech scrapes the "frozen" public web. Yapplify focuses on the un-googlable web — real-time community knowledge trapped in private groups, word-of-mouth, and local expertise that changes weekly or daily.

By maintaining the most accurate, human-verified data layer, we create a data moat that LLMs must pay to query to avoid hallucinations. Scraped data is stale. Structured, community-verified data is the signal — and that's what agents pay for.

Trust & Safety

Our infrastructure automatically implements mandatory tool annotationsreadOnlyHint, destructiveHint, and openWorldHint — on every action exposed to AI agents.

These flags trigger human-in-the-loop confirmations for any irreversible or external actions, ensuring safety and user trust. Minimum required data access, transparent permissions, clear disconnect controls, and admin-governed deployment for teams — all built in by default.

No. Yapplify builds on the open Model Context Protocol (MCP) standard, not a proprietary API. Our products work with ChatGPT today and any future AI platform that adopts the protocol — Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or agents that don't exist yet.

You own your data. You own your brand. Open standards, not walled gardens.

Not right now. We're focused on proving the model with MyKidSpots.
